WHO I AM
My name is Courtney Stith, and I am honored to know who I am and what I want. I pride myself on being bold, poised, and versatile. I enjoy tackling a challenge and put my best foot forward in all that I do. Either I will find a way or I will find a way to create one. I am a firm believer in creating your own successes in life by defining what fulfills you and dedicating yourself to that.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I am a recent graduate of Howard University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. I have experience in event planning, public relations, journalism, photography, design, and fashion styling. I have a wide range of talents and skills, and enjoy trying new things. I find it important to find the lesson in all that I do. There is purpose in everything and everyone. It is up to us to find it and put it to use.
WHAT I DO
Most recently, I have been interning with a consumer public relations agency where I assist with new business and story pitching, and day to day office operations. During football season, I assist with the game operations for the New York Giants and New York Jets. In my spare time I run a fashion and lifestyle blog geared toward young women coming into their own and trying to find what makes them amazing.

Dreaming is the gateway to creativity and success. I think it's important to imagine all the possibilities and push yourself to make them a reality.
For seven weeks, I served as a mentor to a group of 11 young women. I watched their growth as young ladies, principled business leaders, and better human beings. The impact that I have on the lives of others is a key part of what defines me.
The most important thing at a young age is to love yourself and what you represent. If you accept who you are, it's easier to accept others for who they are.
I live by the words "find the lesson in everything." You can let your obstacles define you or you can let them motivate you.
Even the strongest person in this world needs someone in their corner. Friends are there to nurture your being and guide you. Sometimes, they are the voice of reason that we want to but cannot ignore.
Happiness is such a necessary thing. It's important to make time for fun and laughter. I think they help to cleanse the spirit.
This quote is a sign of appreciation. In life, it's important to pay it forward and to be grateful for all that has been paid forward to you. I take none of that which I have received for granted.
I take image and appearance very seriously, because I believe a first impression is a lasting one. Clothing gives you the opportunity to say so much about yourself. It's almost like wearable art for the day.
Beauty lives in everything. Learning to find and appreciate the beauty in all things brings positive energy into your life.
