I am a recent college graduate with a B.B.A. in Marketing and work experience in public relations, event planning, and brand management. In the future I hope to be a brand manager and image consultant to a wide range of clientele.

CURRENT LIFESTYLE MARKETING; Public Relations Intern
January 2016 – Present
As an intern at Current, I have been responsible for event outreach, assisting in pitches, managing and developing a system to monitor our inventory, and more. My event outreach for Snuggle's Valentine's Day campaign led to 500,000,000 media impressions.
NEW YORK GIANTS/NEW YORK JETS; Public Relations and Game Day Operations Intern
July 2013 – Present
I served as a liaison between the media and the New York Giants, including the players and coaches. I recorded and transcribed interviews, and retrieved and accompanied players to interviews with national and local media outlets. I also assisted in the composition of press releases for games and drafted bios for coaches for the 2013-2014 season. I've recently started working with the New York Jets assisting in their game day operations, including recording and transcribing interviews, delivering statistics, and managing inventory.
ALDO SHOES, PARAMUS PARK MALL; Sales Lead/Assistant Manager

At Aldo, I was responsible for training and development of new sales team members and managers, promoting sales growth, and increasing customer retention. I developed and maintained customer relationships which led to an increase in sales volume, earning our store a ranking of #2 in the district. I also served as the interim store manager for approximately 3 months and reported directly to our district manager.
NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION; Public Relations Intern

While on campus, I worked as an assistant to the Athletic Directors at Howard University and The University of Maryland, College Park, in the Sports Information Department. I covered major events such as Homecoming games and the NCAA March Madness tournament games. My responsibilites included developing quotes for articles, social media management, and recording stats.

As a Marketing Assistant at RAPP, I worked closely with the Chief Marketing Officer on the advancement of the agency. I compiled competitive audits, researched new business initiatives and helped plan events to push brand awareness. I also wrote weekly articles for a newsletter for the agency's senior leadership and developed content for the agency's website.
AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION; Events Coordinator

I coordinated and executed details of all major events thrown by the association. Among these events were cocktail hours, panel discussions, and a trip to New York City. The goal of each event was to increase student awareness and exposure to the many opportunities in the field of marketing. These events also served as networking opportunities, featuring companies such as Pepsico, Nielsen, IBM, and much more.

I was responsible for establishing the central theme and framework for the event. I negotiated with artists and designers to keep our costs within the events budget and also acquired sponsors to provide funding. I oversaw, directed and motivated a team of about 100 people, including models, assistants and set builders, to ensure the success of the show. I also put together a promotion team to generate a buzz about the show. As the wardrobe stylist I was responsible for the allocation of materials and coordinating different garments to coincide with the central concept of the event.
